We value our therapists' time. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 4 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or being barred from future bookings.
Our services are strictly professional and therapeutic. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment, inappropriate behavior, or solicitation. Any such behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and potential legal action.
Massage therapy is for wellness and relaxation purposes and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. It is your responsibility to inform the therapist of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations before the session begins.
Book My Massage and its therapists shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.
